Karen Chase provides administrative support to all members of the KCP team.  She assists with day-to-day operations of the organization, responsible for billing, accounting, file management, event coordination, travel management, and meeting schedules.  Karen has 30 years of customer service experience, including in banking as an Assistant Branch Manager.
